Audrey and Julian had their first snow experience while staying in the cabin. The week before we kept reading books about snow and talked about making a snowman, snow angels and snowball fights...so they were ready. There wasn't a ton of snow but we made it work. We found a local school and used a small hill they had for a little sledding. We all enjoyed ourselves especially the little ones. I love that we can take small trips like this and show Audrey new and exciting things. It makes the long work days worth it for moments like this.
